¿WHEN WILL STEEL SERVICES BECOME AVAILABLE?
Currently, our steel plant is undergoing improvements, which are limiting our production capacity. However, you can expect this service to be available very soon.
¿WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Our standard lead times are 5-6 weeks, depending on whether the products are mill finish or require any additional finish or fabrication processes.
In extreme situations, orders have been manufactured in less than a week.
¿IS THERE A MINIMUM EXTRUSION VOLUME?
The minimum order is 700 lbs per shape; however, it's important to note that we operate in full truckload (FTL) quantities.
¿WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS YOU ACCEPT?
We have flexible payment policies and are always willing to accommodate your specific needs.
¿IS YOUR PLANT OPEN TO NON-STANDARD OR CUSTOM MANUFACTURING/FABRICATION PROCESSES?
We're open to assisting you with your custom manufacturing processes, as long as we can agree on terms and volumes that are mutually beneficial and justify any necessary investment.
